库存小麦呕吐毒素含量变化规律及关键影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 立足于小麦收储生产实际,以实仓库存小麦为研究对象,分析并得到了其呕吐毒素含量的变化规律及关键影响因素。试验结果表明,安全水分小麦的呕吐毒素含量不会发生变化。小麦感染赤霉病会引起呕吐毒素的大量积累,是造成小麦呕吐毒素含量超标的关键因素。此外,不同小麦品种抗性不同,硬质小麦较软质小麦可能更容易感染赤霉病,导致呕吐毒素含量高。研究结论及建议对减少粮食损失、安全储藏、企业降本增效都具有指导意义。 Based on the actual production situation of wheat storage and purchase, taking the stored wheat in warehouse as the research object, the variation law and key influencing factors of the DON content were analyzed and obtained. The results showed that the DON content in the stored wheat did not change under safe moisture. Wheat infected with Fusarium Head Blight could cause a large accumulation of DON, which was the key factor causing all excessive DON content in wheat. In addition, different wheat varieties had different resistance, durum wheat might be more susceptible to scab disease than soft wheat, resuled in a higher level of DON. The research conclusions and suggestions have guiding significance for reducing food loss, safe storage, and reducing cost and increasing efficiency of enterprises.
