贵州高校大学生退役士兵在国防教育中的作用与实践探索——以贵州财经大学为例

The Role and Practice of Retired Soldier Students in National Defense Education of Universities in Guizhou:Taking Guizhou University of Finance and Economics as an Example

国防教育是国家法律赋予的神圣职责和使命,是高校人才培养重要内容,它可以增强学生爱国热情、懂得珍惜现在生活和国防安全的重要性。2016年我国正式颁布实施《中华人民共和国兵役法》以来,随着鼓励大学生入伍政策的不断深入完善,越来越多的在校大学生参军入伍,同时服义务兵役期满后选择退役复学的士兵学生也在逐年增加。大学生退役士兵在高校学生国防教育中也扮演着越来越重要的角色,通过优化引导、促进转型,帮助他们尽快融入校园环境,适应新的生活;发挥大学生退役士兵在高校学生国防教育中的先锋模范作用;加强师资及团队建设,以大学生退役士兵为主体打造特色国防教育团队;加强大学生退役士兵在高校国防教育课程建设以及国防教育实践活动中的积极作用,将他们在部队所学优良作风发扬到高校学生国防教育工作中,对于促进高校国防教育常态化发展有着重要的意义。

National defense education is a sacred duty and mission entrusted by national laws,and is also an important part of talent training in colleges and universities,which can enhance students’patriotic enthusiasm and help them understand the importance of cherishing their current lives and national defense and security.Since China officially promulgated and implemented the Military Service Law of the People’s Republic of China in 2016,with the continuous improvement of the policy,which encouraging college students to enlist,more and more college students have joined the army,and the number of soldiers who choose to retire and return to school after the expiration of compulsory military service is also increasing year by year.Retired soldier students also play an increasingly important role in the national defense education of college and university students.Through optimizing guidance and promoting transformation,we can help them integrate into the campus environment and adapt to the new life and give play to their pioneering and exemplary role in national defense education for college and university students.Building a national defense education team with retired soldier students as the main body and strengthening their positive role in the construction of national defense education courses in colleges and universities and in the practice of national defense education,and carrying forward the fine work style they have learned in the army to the national defense education work of college and university students,all of these suggestions are of great significance to promoting the normalization and development of national defense education in colleges and universities.
