摘要
创业在提高生产力、促进就业的同时,也为加速经济发展作出了贡献,成为许多国家消除贫困、解决社会不平等和促进妇女平等的重要解决方案。中国正在经历百年之未有大变局,国家的发展与青年一代能力素质的提升紧密相关。在复杂的动态变化的环境中,个体的创业能力也随之动态变化。本研究共选择中国大学本科生400多名为主要研究对象,同时基于社会学习理论,构建创业自我效能对创业能力的影响模型。经过研究发现得出,创业自我效能对于创业学习与能力起到极为关键的中介作用,而创业学习对于大学生创业能力的提高有着显着的影响。创业教育在向学生传授创业知识的同时,还需注重于对学生创业自我效能的塑造和提升,关注他们的创业心理变化情况,以此提升大学生创业能力。
While improving productivity and promoting employment,entrepreneurship has made many contributions to accelerating economic development.It has become an important solution for many countries to eliminate poverty,solve social inequality and promote women’s equality.China is experiencing the biggest change in a century.The development of the country is closely related to the improvement of the ability and quality of the young generation.In a complex and dynamic environment,the entrepreneurial ability of individuals also changes dynamically.In this study,more than 400 undergraduate students from Chinese universities were selected as the main research object.At the same time,based on social learning theory,an impact model of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial ability was constructed.Through the research,it is found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a crucial intermediary role between entrepreneurial learning and ability,and entrepreneurial learning has a significant impact on the improvement of college students’entrepreneurial ability.While imparting entrepreneurial knowledge to students,entrepreneurial education should focus on shaping and improving students’entrepreneurial self-efficacy,paying attention to their changes in entrepreneurial psychology,so as to improve college students’entrepreneurial ability.
