摘要 针对某型雷达自动架/撤和高机动性能需求,设计一种结构简约的大口径天线阵面,通过天线阵面的展开与折叠配合高机动雷达总体系统的自动架/撤。天线阵面具有结构简约、精度高、重复定位可靠性好等特点,所有线缆通过走线通道进行汇总与二次分配,提高了布线效率,减弱了不同类线缆间的电磁干扰。最后通过力学仿真分析验证了天线骨架结构设计的合理性。 A large-aperture antenna array is designed with simple structure to meet the requirements of automatic erection/withdrawal and high maneuverability of a radar,the function of which is realized through the folding and unfolding of the antenna array.The antenna array features simple structure,high precision,and good reliability on repeated positioning,and all the cables are gathered and redistributed via the cabling channel,improving the cabling efficiency and reducing the electromagnetic interference between different types of cables.Finally,the structural design of the antenna framework is verified to be reasonable through mechanical simulation analysis.
