“美丽中国”及其建设的哲学审视--基于马克思实践理性的视角

The Philosophical Survey of“Beautiful China”and its Construction from the Perspective of Marx's Practical Rationality

“美丽中国”不仅是当下中国建设目标的诗意性描述,更是未来中国发展前景的哲理性概括。“美丽中国”之建设也不只是对中国传统发展模式的简单扬弃,更是基于马克思的实践理性而创新的一种科学发展观。其主要以生态文明建设为着眼点,首先从马克思的实践理性之视角,论述了“美丽中国”实质上是中国共产党不断地从实践--理性,再从理性--实践的过程中而获得的科学概念,然后从现行社会的经济模式、发展理念和价值取向等方面,分析了“美丽中国”之建设可能面临的制约,最后从马克思的理性的实践之视角,探讨了“美丽中国”建设的理性要义。

“Beautiful China”is not only a poetic description of China's current construction goals,but also a philosophical summary of China's future development prospects.The construction of“Beautiful China”is not only a simple sublation of China's traditional development model,but also a scientific development concept based on Marx's practical rationality and innovation.The article mainly focuses on the construction of ecological civilization.First,from the perspective of Marx's practical rationality,this paper maintains that“Beautiful China”is essentially a scientific concept obtained by the CPC from the process of practice rationality,and then from the process of rationality practice.Then this paper analyzes the possible constraints on the construction of“Beautiful China”from the aspects of the current social economic model,development philosophy and value orientation,Finally,from the perspective of Marx's rational practice,this paper discusses the rational essence of the construction of“beautiful China”.
