乳腺癌雌激素受体和人类表皮生长因子受体-2联合表达与淋巴结转移相关性分析

Correlation Analysis Between Expression of Estrogen Receptor and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-2 and Lymph Node Metastasis in Breast Cancer

目的分析乳腺癌组织中雌激素受体(ER)、人类表皮生长因子受体-2(HER2)的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移的相关性,为其临床诊疗提供参考。方法选取成都医学院第二附属医院·核工业四一六医院2018年1月至2022年1月收治的148例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用免疫组化法检测肿瘤原发灶中ER、HER2蛋白表达,并分析患者肿瘤原发灶ER、HER2蛋白表达与淋巴结转移情况。结果乳腺癌患者肿瘤原发灶中ER联合HER2的表达情况与淋巴结转移相关(r=0.235,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌原发灶组织中ER联合HER2的表达与淋巴结转移相关,ER-/HER2+乳腺癌患者需积极探查淋巴结情况。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)and axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer,so as to provide reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 148 breast cancer patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College(also known as 416 Hospital of Nuclear Industry)from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The expression of ER and HER2 protein in primary tumors were detected by immunohistochemical method.And the expression of ER and HER2 protein in primary tumors,and lymph node metastasis were statistically analyzed.Results The co-expression of ER and HER2 in primary tumors of breast cancer was correlated with lymph node metastasis of breast cancer(r=0.235),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In breast cancer,the co-expression of ER and HER2 in primary tumors is related to lymph node metastasis.Lymph node detection is necessary for breast cancer patients with ER-/HER2+.
