成都地区大学生男男性行为人群焦虑抑郁影响因素和社会支持分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Anxiety and Depression and on the Social Support Among Male Undergraduates Who Have Sex with Men in Chengdu

目的调查成都地区大学生男男性行为者(MSM)人群的心理状况,探究其相关因素及与社会支持间的关系,为促进该人群心理健康提供理论依据。方法采用滚雪球抽样方法,于2017—2018年在成都地区部分大学和男同组织中选取521名大学生MSM进行现场问卷调查和网络问卷调查。使用Excel2016进行数据整理,利用SPSS26.0软件进行统计分析。结果成都地区520名大学生MSM的焦虑和抑郁阳性检出率分别为50.6%、81.3%,而同时患有焦虑和抑郁的被调查对象占44.4%。同性伴侣年龄<20岁、拒绝回答最近1年是否患过性病、拒绝回答是否做过HIV检测、拒绝回答是否接受HIV干预措施的焦虑得分更高;而在同性性行为中,对方不愿意带安全套和不拒答性病问题的抑郁得分更高。抑郁得分与领悟社会支持得分、家庭支持得分、其他支持得分呈正相关。焦虑、抑郁阳性研究对象的领悟社会支持总分、家庭支持总分、他人支持得分偏低。多因素分析结果显示,同性伴侣年龄、接受HIV干预措施情况对焦虑水平有影响;领悟社会支持和其他支持对抑郁水平有影响。结论成都地区大学生MSM人群中的焦虑和抑郁所占比例较大,且可能与同性伴侣的年龄、是否患有性病,是否做过HIV检测、是否接受HIV干预措施等因素有关,社会支持程度得分较低,社会支持水平偏低。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of men who have sex with men(MSM)undergraduates in Chengdu area,and to explore the influencing factors and the relationship with social support,so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting their mental health.Methods A total of 521 MSM undergraduates were selected from some universities and gay organizations in Chengdu from 2017 to 2018 by snowball sampling.They were surveyed by on-site questionnaire and online questionnaire.Excel 2016 was used for data collation and SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The positive rates of anxiety and depression among 520 MSM undergraduates in Chengdu were 50.6%and 81.3%,respectively.And 44.4%of the respondents suffered from both anxiety and depression.Anxiety scores were higher in respondents whose gay partners were younger than 20 years old,who refused to answer whether they had suffered from sexually transmitted diseases(STD)in the last year,who refused to answer whether they had been tested for HIV,and who refused to answer whether they had received HIV intervention.Respondents whose gay partner was reluctant to wear a condom in gay sexual behavior and who did not refuse to answer STD questions had higher depression scores.Depression scores were positively correlated with perceived social support scores,family support scores and other support scores.Respondents with positive anxiety and depression had lower scores in total score of social support,total score of family support and support from others.The results of multivariate analysis showed that the age of gay partners and whether the respondents received HIV intervention had an impact on anxiety level.Perceived social support and other support had an impact on depression level.Conclusion There is a large proportion of people with anxiety and depression in MSM undergraduates in Chengdu,which may be related to the age of gay partners,whether they suffer from STD,whether they have been tested for HIV,whether they have received HIV intervention and low social support.
