健康中国视域下老年人群对中医药医养结合服务的认知及需求分析

Awareness and Needs of the Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nursing Services in the Elderly From the Perspective of Healthy China

目的研究健康中国视域下社区老年人群对医养结合模式下中医药健康养老服务的认知与需求。方法采用随机抽样法,于2021年8-10月在成都市中心区域和市周边区域各抽取1个社区共300名老年人(每个社区150名)为研究对象,对老年人群中医药医养结合服务的认知及需求进行调查。结果本研究发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷274份,有效回收率为91.33%。在中医药医养结合服务的认知方面,70.44%的老年人认为中医或中西医结合疗效更好,74.09%的老年人在医养结合模式下更愿意选择中医或中西医结合服务。在中医药医养结合服务的需求方面,31.75%的老年人希望提高中医诊疗水平,71.53%的老年人希望提高中药质量。Logistic回归分析表明,是否患慢性疾病是影响老年人选择中医药医养结合服务的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论老年人群对中医药医养结合服务有较大信心,在健康中国战略背景下,中医药服务应主动在老年人群医养结合中发挥其特色和优势,以满足老年人对健康养老的需求。

Objective To investigate the awareness and need of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health care based on integrated medical and nursing services in the community elderly from the perspective of healthy china.Methods From August to October 2021,a total of 300 elderly people(150 in each community)from the central area and the surrounding areas of Chengdu were selected as the research objects by using random sampling method.A questionnaire survey was conducted on their awareness and need of the combination of TCM and nursing services.Results A total of 300questionnaires were distributed,and 274 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 91.33%.In terms of cognition,70.44%of the respondents believed that the curative effect of TCM or combination of TCM and western medicine was better than that of western medicine alone,and 74.09%of the respondents were more willing to choose TCM or combination of TCM and western medicine under the mode of integrated medical and nursing services.And in terms of need,31.75%of the respondents hoped to improve the level of TCM diagnosis and treatment,and 71.53%hoped to improve the quality of TCM.Logistic regression analysis showed that whether the elderly were suffering from chronic diseases was the main factor influencing their preference of integrated TCM health care and nursing services(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly have great confidence in integrated TCM health care and nursing services.TCM services should actively give full play to its characteristics and advantages in the integrated medical and nursing services for the elderly,so as to meet the needs of the elderly for health care.
