摘要
Maturity-onset diabetes of the young(MODY)is a group of monogenic diabetes mellitus characterized by early-onset diabetes with dominant inheritance.To date,at least 14 different causative genes have been identified.HNF4A-MODY is relatively uncommon in China[I,2].We report a Chinese child with diabetes mellitus due to a heterozygous HNF4A mutation.
