摘要
为了确定某兔养殖场病死兔的病原菌,从病死兔胃部及肠道中分离得到疑似病原菌,经16S分子鉴定,结果为魏氏梭菌和大肠埃希菌。采用KB纸片扩散法进行敏感药物筛选试验,结果显示:魏氏梭菌对氧氟沙星敏感;大肠埃希菌对阿米卡星、氧氟沙星敏感。
In order to determine the pathogenic bacteria of sick and dead rabbits in a rabbit farm, this study isolated suspected pathogenic bacteria from the stomach and intestines of sick and dead rabbits, and after 16S molecular identification, the results were Clostridium Weissi and E. coli. The sensitive drug screening test was carried out by KB sheet diffusion method, and the results showed that Clostridium weisserii was sensitive to ofloxacin, and E. coli was sensitive to amikacin and ofloxacin.
