南方地区坡地建筑排水设计特点

摘要 南方地区某大型企业总部位于山坡地底部,红线内用地现状标高复杂,区域地下水位较高,雨量丰沛。结合现状地形设置多层级竖向标高,采取坡地建筑截洪沟系统、地下廊道降水排水系统、广场虹吸排水系统、建筑地下室综合管廊系统等多种针对本项目而定的创新建筑排水技术,达到排水安全、节省投资、水资源综合利用等多方面综合效益最大化。 A headquarters of a large enterprise in the southern region is located at the bottom of the hillside, The current elevation of the land is complex within the red line, The regional groundwater level is relatively high, The rainfall is abundant. With the current terrain set multi-level vertical elevation in combination, Take flood intercepting ditch system on sloping land、Underground corridor dewatering system、Siphon drainage system of square、Building basement integrated pipe gallery system and other innovative building drainage technologies for this project, To maximize the comprehensive benefits of drainage safety, investment saving and comprehensive utilization of water resources.
