摘要
目的通过图像存档与通信系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)内置CT二维重建功能研究优化现行及既往股骨颈前倾角(femoral neck anteversion,FNA)的测量方法,旨在简捷、高效且精准地测量FNA。方法回顾性分析2015年9月至2022年3月在厦门市中医院行股骨检查的患者47例,A/B测量者采用CT二维重建“优化捷测法”各自测量FNA,其中A者隔月用断层CT法复测。结果A者及B者采用CT二维重建“优化捷测法”测得FNA平均值分别为(14.58°±4.88°)、(14.37°±4.83°),差异无统计学意义(t=1.142,P=0.256);A者隔月复测FNA平均为(14.68°±4.54°),A者隔月测量结果与初次测量结果比较,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.555,P=0.580)。结论基于PACS系统股骨CT二维重建的“优化捷测法”益于简捷、高效、即时、精准地测量FNA。
Objective Optimization of the current and previous measurement methods of FNA(femoral neck anteversion)based on CT two-dimensional reconstruction of PACS(picture archiving and communication system),is designed to facilitate effortless,efficient and accurate clinical measurement of FNA.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 47 patients who underwent femoral CT examination in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to March 2022.FNA was measured respectively by the optimized,convenient and timely measurement method of CT two-dimensional reconstruction for surveyor A and surveyor B,and it was repeated by non-reconstruction a month later for A.Results The average values of FNA were(14.58°±4.88°)and(14.37°±4.83°)measured by A and B with the optimized,convenient and timely measurement method of CT two-dimensional reconstruction,which showed the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.142,P=0.256).The average value of FNA was(14.68°±4.54°),which measured a month later by A.IT showed the difference was not statistically significant in FNA of two measurements at an interval of one month by A(t=-0.555,P=0.580).Conclusion The optimized,convenient and timely measurement method of CT two-dimensional reconstruction of femoral based on PACS measure the FNA conveniently,efficiently,instantly and accurately.
