基于CiteSpace的急性心肌梗死护理研究分析

Analysis of acute myocardial infarction nursing based on Citespace

目的通过对急性心肌梗死护理领域研究文献进行可视化分析,探讨目前急性心肌梗死护理领域的发展趋势及热点,为我国急性心肌梗死临床护理工作及相关研究提供借鉴和参考。方法基于Web of Science核心核集数据库,以“Acute myocardial infarction,Nursing”作为主题词进行文献检索,通过CiteSpace软件进行相关文献的可视化分析。结果共检索出535篇文献,总体发文量呈现增加的趋势,发文数最多的作者为Zullo AR,主要地区分布在美国、澳大利亚,布朗大学是发文最多的研究机构,目前该领域研究热点主要集中在急性心肌梗死的二级预防、心脏康复等方面。结论急性心肌梗死护理在护理领域的关注度呈逐步上升态势,但各个国家及机构合作较少,急性心肌梗死的二级预防和心脏康复相关护理研究是未来的发展趋势和热点。

Objective To discuss the current development trends and hotspots in the field of AMI nursing,which provided reference for the clinical nursing work and related research of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in our country.Methods Based on the Web of Science core set database,literature search was conducted with“Acute myocardial infarction and Nursing”as the subject words,and literature visualization analysis was performed using CiteSpace software.Results A total of 535 literatures were retrieved,and the overall number of publications showed an increasing trend.The author with the most publications was Zullo AR,mainly distributed in the United States and Australia,and Brown University was the research institution with the most publications.Currently,research hotspots in this field mainly focus on secondary prevention and cardiac rehabilitation of acute myocardial infarction.Conclusion The attention of acute myocardial infarction nursing in the field of nursing is gradually increasing,but there is less cooperation between countries and institutions,secondary prevention of acute myocardial infarction and cardiac rehabilitation related nursing research is the development trend and hot spot in the future.
