地衣芽孢杆菌的特性及其在生猪养殖中应用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 我国是全球猪肉消费量最大的国家之一,生猪养殖行业是关系到人民日常生活的重要行业。随着养殖产业的升级与发展,绿色生态养猪新模式的推进,通过营养调控改善生猪健康、提高生猪生产成绩、提升猪肉品质,成为生猪养殖业重点关注的话题。地衣芽孢杆菌作为革兰氏阳性兼性厌氧菌,具有耐高温、耐酸碱、耐胆盐、产酶、产抑菌活性物质等特点,不仅可以促进生猪生长、改善肠道健康、提高免疫,还可以有效降解毒素、控制猪舍环境,是最具潜力的抗生素替代品之一。本文旨在综述地衣芽孢杆菌的饲料原料预消化、调节肠道菌群、降解毒素、降低氨氮等特性,及其对生猪腹泻控制、肠道健康、机体免疫、生长性能、饲料毒素降解、猪舍环境控制的积极作用,以其为当前生猪养殖提供参考。 China is one of the largest pork producer and consumer in the world,which is concerns people’s livelihood.With the upgrading and development of the pig industry and the propulsion of the green ecological pig industry mode,the key topic in pig industry is how to modulate the health of pig,enhance the pig productivity,and improve the pork quality through scientific nutritional regulation.Bacillus licheniformis is a gram-positive facultative anaerobe.It has the characteristics of heat-resistant,acid and alkali-resistant,bile-resistant,enzyme production,antibacterial substance production.The use of Bacillus licheniformis in feed can not only enhance the growth rate,the immunity,and the health of intestine for pig,but also degradate the toxins,and control the piggery environment.So it is one of the most promising alternative of antibiotics.This article aimed to summarize the character such as predigestion of feed materials,regulation of intestinal flora,degradation of toxins,reducing ammonia nitrogen of Bacillus licheniformis and the effect of the use of Bacillus licheniformis on the pig diarrhea control,intestinal health,immunity,growth performance,feed toxin degradation,pigpen environment control for pig with a view to providing technical guidance on current pig industry.
