葡萄糖氧化酶对全株玉米青贮品质的影响 被引量:2

Effect of glucose oxidase on the quality of whole-plant corn silage

摘要 本试验旨在研究葡萄糖氧化酶对全株玉米青贮品质的影响并筛选出适合的添加量。试验设4个处理组,分别为对照组(无添加)、试验Ⅰ组(10 mg/kg)、试验Ⅱ组(20 mg/kg)、试验Ⅲ组(40 mg/kg),每个处理4个重复。按照试验设计将葡萄糖氧化酶与全株玉米混匀后装入青贮袋,真空密封,60 d后取样分析。结果表明:试验组的感官评价和对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组粗蛋白质含量比对照组高0.48个百分点(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的淀粉含量比对照组高1.91个百分点和3.18个百分点(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组的30 h中性洗涤纤维降解率(30 h NDFD)比对照组高1.33个百分点(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组的pH比对照组低0.29(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组乳酸含量比对照组高0.72个百分点(P<0.05);全株玉米青贮质量分级指数(CSQS)显示,试验Ⅲ组(71.21)>试验Ⅱ组(66.28)>试验Ⅰ组(63.82)>对照组(62.76)。综上所述,在全株玉米青贮中添加40 mg/kg葡萄糖氧化酶效果最好。 The experiment aimed to study the effect of glucose oxidase on the quality of whole-plant corn silage and to select the appropriate supplemental amount.There were 4 treatments in the experiment,refering to the control group(no addition),group I(10 mg/kg),group II(20 mg/kg),and group III(40 mg/kg),respectively,with 4 replicates for each treatment.According to the experimental design,the glucose oxidase and the whole-plant corn were mixed into the silage bag,vacuum-sealed,and silaged for 60 days.The sensory evaluation of the experimental groups was not different from that of the control group(P>0.05).The crude protein content in groupⅢwas 0.48%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The starch content in groupⅡandⅢwere 1.91%and 3.18%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),respectively.The neutral detergent fiber degradation rate of 30 h in group III was 1.33%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pH of the experimental group III was 0.29 lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lactic acid content in group III was 0.72%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of whole-plant corn silage quality scores(CSQS)was:groupⅢ(71.21)>groupⅡ(66.82)>groupⅠ(63.82)>control group(62.76).In summary,adding 40 mg/kg glucose oxidase to the whole-plant corn silage had the optimal effect on the quality.
