天津市绿色生鲜冷链包装技术创新体系建设研究

Research on Construction of Green Fresh Cold Chain Packaging Technology Innovation System in Tianjin

冷链物流是我国近年重点发展的行业,存在着经济模式超前、技术创新滞后的短板,经过多年的努力,天津市在生鲜冷链包装技术创新方面已经走在了全国前列。通过分析我国绿色生鲜冷链包装技术发展和需求增长,在探讨天津市在该领域的产学研创新资源和产业能力水平的基础上,提出发展对策建议,以期为天津市打造新的制造业创新高地,为实现我国郑重承诺的碳达峰、碳中和目标做出应有的贡献。

Cold chain logistics is a key industry in China in recent years,and there are shortcomings such as sudden advance of economic model and lagging behind of technological innovation.After years of efforts,Tianjin has been in the forefront of domestic innovation in fresh cold chain packaging technology.By analyzing the development and demand growth of green fresh cold chain packaging technology in China,on the basis of discussing the innovation resources of production,education and research,and industrial capacity level of Tianjin in this field,this paper puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to creating a new manufacturing innovation highland for Tianjin,and making due contributions to achieving the peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality goals that China has solemnly committed to.
