摘要
利用“关联图”的方式进行海洋平台氮气系统负荷高影响因素的分析,找出5个末端因素后,通过现场试验、查阅记录、实地调查和核算完成要因选择,最终确认导致氮气系统负荷高的主要原因为制氮空压机加卸载频繁。现场针对要因应用5W1H原则制定了将膜组之前的隔离球阀更换为一台调节阀对策,方案实施后切实提升了渤海某海洋石油平台氮气系统的安全稳定性。
The“correlation diagram”is used to analyze the factors affecting the high load of the nitrogen system on the offshore platform.After finding out five end factors,the selection of key factors is completed through on-site experiments,records review,field investigation and accounting.Finally,it is confirmed that the main reason for high load of the nitrogen system is frequent loading and unloading of the nitrogen generating air compressor.According to the application of 5W1H principle,the countermeasures of replacing the isolation ball valve before the membrane group with a regulating valve were formulated on site to improve the safety and stability of the nitrogen system of an offshore oil platform in Bohai Sea.
