摘要
目前国内中小型AGV大部分以轻载型为主,随着国内制造业的智能化改造提升和消费市场的扩大,出现了很多重载型AGV的技术需求,研究团队通过优化载重结构增加防碰撞装置和减震驱动总成的技术路线,提出了一种重载型AGV的设计方案,对重型机械制造业及重工装备制造业的转型升级有着一定的借鉴意义,作为技术参考也为后续重载型AGV的进一步研究设计提供了一种方向。
At present,most domestic small and medium-sized AGVs are light-duty.With the intelligent transformation and improvement of the domestic manufacturing industry and the expansion of the consumer market,there are many technical requirements for heavy duty AGVs.The research team proposed a design scheme for heavy-duty AGV by optimizing the load structure,adding the technical route of anti-collision devices and shock absorption drive assemblies.It has a certain role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of heavy machinery manufacturing industry and heavy industrial equipment manufacturing industry,and provides a direction for the further research and design of the follow-up heavy duty AGV as a technical reference.
