摘要
公共场所的门把手很容易遭受微生物污染,为了提高人们手部的卫生防护水平,有效降低以门把手为媒介的病原体接触和交叉感染风险,设计了一款“手脚联动”新型门锁。详细介绍了新型门锁的创意起源、问题分析、原理设计的思路和内容,并讲解了门锁使用过程。在不改变原有门锁结构的前提下,可以选择采用“脚动方式”完成开门和门内反锁的动作,整个过程中实现了“门把手零接触”,达成了方便实用、卫生防护的设计目标。
Door handles in public places are prone to microbial contamination.A new type of"hand and foot linkage"door lock was designed in order to improve people’s hand hygiene protection level,effectively reduce the risk of pathogen contact and cross infection mediated by door handle.This paper introduces in detail the creative origin of the new door lock,the analysis of problems,the idea and content of the mechanical principle design,and explains the use process of the new door lock.Under the premise of not changing the structure of the original door lock,the"foot movement"can be selected to complete the actions of opening the door and internally locking the door.In the whole process,"zero contact door handle"has been achieved,achieving the design goals of convenience,practicality and health protection.
