摘要
分类投放是垃圾分类的首要环节,是最基础、最关键、最艰难的一步,也是管理者和居民共同关注的焦点。通过对不同居民区及人群的特点进行分析,对于有一定分类基础的城市(地区)提出分类投放环节的优化建议,对不同居民小区采用有针对性的投放模式,对不同人群开展差异化的宣教活动,以期达到优化垃圾分类投放环节效果的目的。
Classified placement is the first step of waste classification,which is the most basic,critical and difficult step.It is also the focus of both local authority and residents.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of different residential areas and populations,the paper puts forward suggestions on optimizing the classified placement links for cities(regions)with certain classification basis,adopting targeted placement models for different residential areas,and carrying out differentiated publicity and education activities for different populations,so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the effect of waste classified placement links.
