摘要
研究了液压阻尼电磁断路器脱扣器的结构功能、工作原理及动作特性。构建了函数曲线模型,结合了断路器应用过程故障模式,得到了安/秒特性脱扣曲线的合理分段依据。通过理论设计、工艺实施、测试验证、选型应用,验证了曲线合理分段的合理性及必要性。提升了液压阻尼电磁断路器的使用合格率及对设备的匹配性。
The structural function of the hydraulic damping electromagnetic stripper was studied,working principle and action characteristics.The function curve model was constructed.Combining the circuit breaker application process failure mode,the reasonable segmentation basis of the A/s characteristic tripping curve was obtained,Through theoretical design,process implementation,test and verification,type selection and application,the joint theory and necessity of reasonable segmentation of curves were verified.It improves the qualified rate of the hydraulic damping electromagnetic circuit breaker and the matching of the equipment.
