电气传动及控制系统的节能技术分析

摘要 现代工业生产对自动化的需求逐渐增大,电气传动与控制系统不仅要在速度方面满足生产要求,同时还要通过传动来保障目标位置和运动轨迹的合理性。例如在交通运输和运载装备等领域,就可以通过电气传动与控制系统的调速方式来维持合理的运转要求。但需要注意的是,传动技术的运用不足或调速方式的不合理很容易导致系统能耗过高。文章通过对整个控制系统节能技术展开分析,来解决电能消耗的关键问题。 The demand for automation in modern industrial production is becoming larger and larger.The electrical transmission technology and control system must not only meet the technical requirements in terms of speed,but also ensure the rationality of the target position and motion trajectory through transmission.For example,in the fields of transportation and carrying equipment,it is possible to maintain reasonable operating requirements through the speed regulation of electrical transmission and control systems.However,it should be noted that insufficient transmission technology or unreasonable speed regulation can easily lead to excessive energy consumption of the system.Therefore,this research will solve the key problem of power consumption by analyzing the energy-saving technology of the whole control system.
