机械设计制造及其自动化发展方向研究

摘要 作为机械技术和电子技术等多门技术学科互相结合、互相渗透的新兴边缘学科,也是电子技术和机械技术不断完善和发展的重要主体产物,机械设计制造及其自动化能够进一步推动机械工业产品结构、技术结构、生产方式、产品功能构成以及管理体系的改革和创新,使传统的机械电气化工业生产模式逐步向机械自动化模式发展。同时随着科学技术的快速发展,机械设计制造及其自动化内涵更加丰富,其中通过各种群体高新科技的综合运用,使机械设计制造进一步朝着动态化、定量化方向转变,并对系统工程不断优化,实现特定功能的同时,充分发挥技术的高质量、多功能、低能耗、高可靠性等优势。文章结合机械设计制造及自动化发展理念,对机械自动化系统优势及应用效益进行分析,并对其未来发展方向进行深入探究。 As mechanical technology and electronic technology and other technical disciplines,penetration emerging edge learning,is an important subject of electronic technology and mechanical technology improvement and development,mechanical design and manufacturing and automation can further promote mechanical industry product structure,technical structure,production mode,product function and management system reform and innovation,make the traditional mechanical electrification industry production mode gradually to mechanical automation mode.With the rapid development of science and technology at the same time,mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation connotation more rich,through the comprehensive application of high and new technology,make mechanical design and manufacturing further toward dynamic,quantitative direction,and optimize system engineering,realize specific functions at the same time,give full play to the technology of high quality,multifunctional,low energy consumption,high reliability.This paper combines the concept of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation development,analyzes the advantages and application benefits of mechanical automation system,and deeply explores its future development direction.
