Research on Application of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology in Industrial Automation

信息时代的来临开启了工业4.0的步伐,无论是工业的发展理念和生产模式以及工厂的技术管理体系都迎来了新的变革,智能生产成了现代化工业制造的目标及发展的核心。智能制造技术是指通过对计算机优势的充分利用,为传统制造业提供更先进的制造技术。工业生产的改革必须结合先进的信息技术发展,通过智能制造技术的普及和运用,全面提高生产水平。文章以巨石集团为研究案例,简要概述传统制造业模式的缺点,站在智能制造技术在工业自动化中的应用角度,深入探索工业自动化下智能制造技术的发展,以期为进一步提高工业自动化发展质量提供交流借鉴。

The advent of the information age has opened the pace of Industry 4.0,ushering in new changes in both the development concept and production mode of industry and the technical management system of factories,and intelligent production has become the goal and development core of modern industrial manufacturing.Intelligent manufacturing technology refers to providing more advanced manufacturing technology for traditional manufacturing industry by making full use of computer advantages.The reform of industrial production must be combined with the development of advanced information technology,and the production level must be comprehensively improved through the popularization and application of intelligent manufacturing technology.Therefore,this paper takes Jushi Group as a research case,briefly summarizes the shortcomings of intelligent manufacturing technology and traditional manufacturing mode,and from the perspective of the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in industrial automation,deeply explores the development of intelligent manufacturing technology under industrial automation,with a view to providing exchange and reference for further improving the development quality of industrial automation.
