激光熔覆技术研究进展及其在锅炉水冷壁管上的应用

摘要 文章总结梳理现阶段国内外以激光熔覆技术为主的研究成果,并对目前关联基础理论研究作简要概述,包括激光熔覆性能与技术、熔覆层微观组织结构与缺陷、熔覆基体与材料在工艺参数作用下的变化。针对水冷壁管耐磨熔覆层中运用的熔覆技术做详细分析,对其中展现的性能以及运用的常见材料做具体说明,指明该项技术暂时没有得到较好处理的问题,明确未来研究实践中的具体方向。 This paper summarizes the research results of laser cladding technology at home and abroad,and briefly summarizes the related basic theoretical research,including laser cladding performance and technology,microstructure and defects of cladding layer,cladding matrix and material changes under the action of process parameters.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the cladding technology used in the wear-resistant cladding layer of water-cooled wall pipe,and makes a detailed description of the performance and common materials used in it,pointing out the problems that this technology has not been well dealt with,and clarifying the specific direction of future research and practice.
