摘要 现阶段电网规模高速发展,传统的变电站人工值守巡检模式已逐渐不能有效满足变电站自动化设备运维需要,智能机器人远程巡检管理将成为最重要的应用发展方向。文章以提高变电站机器人设备实际应用巡检性能为技术目标,开发应用了变电站机器人智能综合定位导航、可见光、红外测温和噪声音频红外传感、机器人智能自动充电和自动工作时间计划控制等一系列智能机器人巡检系统技术,实现了电流自动感应与加热温度的智能红外测温传感。 With the development of power grid scale at this stage,the traditional manual inspection mode of substation has gradually failed to effectively meet the needs of automatic substation equipment operation and maintenance.Intelligent robot remote inspection management will become the most important application development direction.In order to improve the practical application inspection performance of substation robot equipment,a series of intelligent robot inspection system technologies such as intelligent integrated positioning and navigation of substation robot,visible light,infrared temperature measurement and Noise Audio infrared sensing,intelligent automatic charging and automatic working time planning control of robot are developed and applied,and the intelligent infrared temperature measurement sensing of current automatic induction and heating temperature is realized.
