导弹自动化对接系统技术研究主要目的是实现导弹各舱段自动化对接,快速精确测量,虚拟仿真以及可扩展功能。提高总装生产效率,填补行业内自动化对接空白。设计采用大量先进技术,融合了先进的视觉扫描系统,对舱段建立位置坐标。虚拟仿真模拟对接,从而得出多自由度调姿台其运动学模型及逆运动学解。多自由度调姿台根据上位机指令精准执行,以及机器人自动化拧紧等技术应用。实现了导弹自动化对接,并且产品复制性强,可批量生产。
The main purpose of the technology research of missile automatic docking system is to achieve automatic docking,fast and accurate measurement,virtual simulation and scalable functions for each compartment of the missile.Improve assembly production efficiency.Fill in the gap of automation docking in the industry.The design uses a lot of advanced technology.It integrates an advanced visual scanning system to establish position coordinates for the cabin.The virtual simulation is used to simulate the docking,so as to obtain the kinematic model and inverse kinematics solution of the multi-degree-of-freedom attitude control platform.The multi-degreeof-freedom attitude adjustment table is precisely executed according to the instructions of the host computer,and technical applications such as robot automatic tightening.The automatic docking of missiles has been realized.And the product is reproducible and can be massproduced.
