Through the description of the existing problems in the equipment management of new residential areas,this paper analyzes the business needs of property management units in this regard.Taking advantage of the current development iteration of Internet of things technology and combining Internet of things technology,cloud computing and big data,this paper puts forward a building equipment management system solution for smart communities,which meets the needs of modern property management and conforms to the national policy guidance of digital transformation.
