Development and Application of Integrated Escalator Step Automatic Cleaning Production Line Based on Automatic Energy Management and Control Technology

自动扶梯是地铁车站中必要的营运设备,自动扶梯梯级的拆卸清洗工作一直以来都是设备大修工艺流程中的一个重要环节。北京地铁全路网超过3000台自动扶梯,平均每年约200台需进行大修,约30000~40000块梯级。目前自动扶梯在地铁运营使用中的保有量很大,自动扶梯梯级清洗又是大修工作必不可少的重要任务。未来该项工作量的增长将成为运营维护的一项重要任务。

Escalators are also necessary operating equipment in subway stations.The disassembly and cleaning of escalator rungs has always been an important part of the equipment overhaul process.There are more than 3000 escalators in the whole road network of Beijing Metro,about 200 of which need to be overhauled every year,and about 30000-40000 steps.At present,there are a large number of escalators in subway operation,and escalator step cleaning is an essential and important task for overhaul.In the future,the increase of this workload will become an important task of operation and maintenance.
