摘要 近年来,我国饱受沙漠化危害的影响,在不断地治理沙漠化的过程中,铺放用稻草扎成方格的沙障,成为一种有效防风固沙、保持水土的治沙方法,但由于人工铺设效率低且成本高,治沙的速率远超不过沙漠化的速率,这导致我国沙漠化的土地面积一直在扩大。随着“国家863计划”防风固沙设备研发的发布,我国治沙机器开始逐渐发展起来,但由于机器工作环境恶劣、铺草成本昂贵导致机器工作具有局限性。主要以治沙机器及其铺草机构为研究对象,对现在我国治沙机器的发展情况进行阐述,通过分析和对比国内治沙经验及现有的铺设草方格沙障的机器,浅析我国目前治沙机器及其关键部件铺草机构的优缺点,并对未来我国治沙机器的发展进行展望。 In recent years, China has been affected by the harm of desertification.In the process of continuous control of desertification, in the process of continuous control of desertification, laying sand barriers with straw into a square has become an effective method of sand control for wind and sand fixation and water and soil, but due to manual laying, low efficiency and high cost, the rate of sand control far exceeds the rate of desertification, resulting in the expansion of the land area of desertification in China.With the release of the “National 863 Plan” windproof sand fixation equipment research and development, China’s sand control machine began to develop gradually, but due to the harsh working environment of the machine, the cost of laying grass is expensive, resulting in the limitations of machine work.This paper mainly takes the sand control machine and its grass laying mechanism as the research object, expounds the development of the current sand control machine in China, analyzes and compares the domestic sand control experience and the existing machine for laying grass square sand barrier, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current sand control machine and its key components in China, and looks forward to the development of China’s sand control machine in the future.
