摘要
针对板栗脱蓬过程劳动强度高、产量低、入料口距离地面较高,人工喂料不均、易发生堵塞,产能低等问题,基于SolidWorks软件设计出一款能满足板栗种植合作社和加工厂高产能需求的新型板栗脱蓬机。该板栗脱蓬机主要由脱蓬机构、筛分机构、上料机构等组成,其中脱蓬机构中辊筒的辊齿采用5列螺旋式布置,与脱蓬箱体结合,能够有效去除板栗外蓬,同时结合筛分机构的双层果、蓬分离部分,保证带蓬板栗脱净率和分离洁净度,配以上料机构,并利用集约化生产的优势,以适应大批量加工的需求并解决传统板栗脱篷中的不足。试验结果表明:板栗脱蓬机工作过程相对平稳,当脱蓬板栗达到9成熟时,脱净率在96%以上,分离洁净度在95%以上。
Aiming at the problems of high strength labor, low yield, high distance from the feed port to the ground, uneven artificial feeding, prone to blockage and low production capacity in the process of chestnut husking, a new type of chestnut husking machine was designed based on SolidWorks software to meet the high yield and energy needs of chestnut planting cooperatives and processing plants.The chestnut husking machine is mainly composed of threshing mechanism, screening mechanism and feeding mechanism.The roller teeth of the roller in the husking mechanism are arranged in five rows of spiral, and combined with the husking box, the outer shell of the chestnut can be effectively removed.At the same time, combined with the separation part of the double-layer fruit and shell of the screening mechanism, the husking rate and separation cleanliness of the chestnut are ensured, and the above material mechanism is matched.The advantages of intensive production are used to meet the needs of mass processing and solve the shortcomings of traditional chestnut.The test results showed that the working process of the chestnut shelling machine was relatively stable. When the shelling chestnut reached 9 maturity,the removal rate was above 96% and the separation cleanliness was above 95%.
