绝经后糖尿病女性尿酸与25(OH)D、血脂、超敏C反应蛋白的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation between uric acid and 25 (OH) D,blood lipids and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in postmenopausal women with diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的 探讨绝经后糖尿病女性尿酸(UA)水平与血脂、25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的相关性。方法 选取2016年10月—2017年5月及2017年10月—2018年5月于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院内分泌与代谢病科接受治疗的绝经后糖尿病女性患者共202例。根据血清UA水平将患者分为高尿酸血症(HUA)组(血清UA≥360μmol/L,n=42)和尿酸正常组(血清UA<360μmol/L,n=160)。比较2组患者血脂[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、 25(OH)D、 hs-CRP水平,分析血清UA水平与血脂、 25(OH)D、 hs-CRP水平的相关性。结果 2组患者血清TC、 LDL-C、 HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05), HUA组患者血清TG、 hs-CRP水平高于尿酸正常组,25(OH)D水平则低于尿酸正常组(P<0.05);绝经后糖尿病女性患者血清UA水平与TC、 LDL-C、 HDL-C水平无相关性(P>0.05),与TG、 hs-CRP水平呈正相关,与25(OH)D水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 绝经后糖尿病女性患者尿酸异常增高与脂代谢紊乱、 hs-CRP异常升高、 25(OH)D异常下降有关,临床应予以重视。 Objective To explore the correlation between uric acid(UA) level and blood lipids, 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in postmenopausal women with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 202 postmenopausal female patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from October 2016 to May 2017 and from October 2017 to May 2018 were selected. They were divided into hyperuricemia(HUA) group(serum ≥360 μmol/L, n=42) and normal UA group(serum UA<360 μmol/L, n=160) according to serum UA level. The levels of blood lipids [triacylglycerol(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)], 25(OH)D and hs-CRP were compared between the two groups. The correlation between serum UA level and blood lipids, 25(OH)D and hs-CRP levels was analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in the levels of serum TC, LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05), but levels of serum TG and hs-CRP in the HUA group were significantly higher than those in the normal UA group and 25(OH)D level was lower than that in the normal UA group(P<0.05). The serum UA level was not significantly correlated with the levels of serum TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in postmenopausal women with diabetes mellitus(P>0.05), but was significantly positively correlated with the levels of serum TG and hs-CRP and significantly negatively correlated with(OH)D level(P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal increase of UA in postmenopausal women with diabetes mellitus is related to lipid metabolism disorder, abnormal increase of hs-CRP and abnormal decrease of 25(OH)D, which should be paid attention in clinical practice.
