中华民族认同与铸牢中华民族共同体意识

Identity of the Chinese Nation and Forging a Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation

中华民族认同和中华民族共同体意识是研究中华民族问题时不能回避的两个概念。当前学界在研究铸牢中华民族共同体意识问题时出现了忽视中华民族认同问题,强调的“共同性”是指56个民族之间的共同性,把中华民族作为56个民族的总称,甚至否认中华民族是民族实体。中华民族认同是中华民族共同体意识的基底与主干,中华民族认同和中华民族共同体意识都体现着对“中华民族”的情感归属与赞同。铸牢中华民族共同体意识要建构科学的中华民族观,并在社会生活中传播中华民族知识,同时,要依据中华民族的结构、历史、文化等民族特点来构建中华民族的经济、政治、文化和命运共同体。

The identity of the Chinese nation and a sense of community for the Chinese nation are two concepts that cannot be avoided when studying the question of the Chinese nation. At present,while studying the topic of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,some scholars have ignored the question of Chinese national identity,emphasizing “commonality”refers to the commonality among 56 ethnic groups,taking the Chinese nation as the general term of the 56ethnic groups,and even rejecting the formation of the Chinese nation as a national entity. This paper firmly holds the idea that the identity of the Chinese nation is the foundation and backbone of a sense of community for the Chinese nation,and that both the identity of the Chinese nation and a sense of community for the Chinese nation reflect the emotional belonging and approval of the “Chinese nation”.The“Chinese nation”has both historical and cultural connotations and connotations of citizens with equal members of the nation and civil political identity—this constitutes the fundamental meaning of the “Chinese nation”concerning the “identity of the Chinese nation”and“the sense of community for the Chinese nation”. The Chinese national community is a national entity formed in China’s history and culture,and a sense of community for the Chinese nation has the political function of safeguarding both national unity and ethnic unity.The combination of “Chinese nation”and “community” has laid the foundation for sublimation from the identity of the Chinese nation to a sense of community for the Chinese nation. While actively reflecting the “Chinese national community”,“a sense of community for the Chinese nation”could actively lead a diversified national consciousness within the Chinese national community,turning it into a higher-level conceptual expression based on the identity of the Chinese nation. The identity of the Chinese nation is closely intertwined with all aspects of the sense of community for the Chinese nation,and that the identity of the Chinese nation influences the nature and direction of the sense of community for the Chinese nation. A sense of community for the Chinese nation should combine the identity of the Chinese nation with the structure,politics,economy,culture,and other community characteristics of the Chinese national community.To forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,it is necessary to construct a scientific Chinese national view and communicate well the knowledge of the Chinese nation in social life,and to disseminate the Chinese national view. It is also deemed necessary to adhere to the proper view of the motherland,nationality,culture,and history,and form a constructive and positive atmosphere for publicizing and understanding the Chinese nation throughout he whole society. All the work of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation should grasp the dialectical relationship between “commonality” and “variability”,practice the issue of “commonality”from the perspective of “community”,and build a community of economic,political,cultural,and destiny of the Chinese nation according to the structure,history,culture and other national characteristics of the Chinese nation.
