摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识已经成为新时代关系国家与民族命运的重要理论与现实命题,是新时期民族工作的“纲”。民族院校作为我国民族高等教育的重要承担者,通过深入推进课程思政建设,制定铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的课程教学内容与教学体系,以课程思政协同推进铸牢各族青年大学生中华民族共同体意识,既是民族院校贯彻落实党中央关于“加强中华民族共同体教育”的必然要求,也是提升民族院校高等教育内涵式发展的关键举措。本文以西南民族大学公共管理类专业本科人才培养方案为例,初步提出了民族院校课程思政铸牢中华民族共同体意识的目标内容设置及教学体系设计,以期实现从“课程思政”到“思政课程”的有效转变。
As a new curriculum idea and teaching method,the purpose of an ideological and political curriculum is intended to integrate ideological and political education into other school subjects organically and make the ideological and political courses compatible with professional courses in similar fields to form the synergistic effect of ideological and political education. It is a serious mission and responsibility of Minzu colleges and universities to strengthen the sense of the Chinese national community for young college students of all ethnic groups. Under this new situation,Minzu colleges and universities should incorporate “forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation”into the curriculum of ideological and political instruction. This is an inevitable requirement of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on “strengthening the education of the Chinese national community”,and also it is an important measure to enhance the connotative development of higher education in Minzu colleges and universities.The paper considers that the overall objectives of ideological and political courses in Minzu colleges and universities should keep the following goals in mind: A) To strengthen the ideals and beliefs of young college students of all ethnic groups,to keep“loving the CPC,loving the country,loving socialism,loving the people,and loving the collective”as the main line,and to optimize the content supply of ideological and political courses by focusing on political identification,patriotism,cultural literacy,legal awareness,and moral cultivation;B)to guide young college students of all ethnic peoples to develop a correct outlook on life,values,and world view;C) to make them grow into a new people of the times who can bear consciously the responsibility of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The specific objectives of ideological and political courses mainly display three components: To clarify the knowledge goal,refine the skill objectives,and set the emotional goal of the education of a sense of community for the Chinese nation. The paper puts forward “three core knowledge points”to strengthen the consciousness of the Chinese national community in Minzu colleges and universities: the first point being patriotic education with “five identities”as the core,the second point is the education of national unity and progress based on ethnic equality,the third point is national mission education with the Chinese dream as the carrier.The research further concludes that Minzu colleges and universities should 1) rely on the existing teaching basis of ideological and political courses to incorporate the cultivation of a sense of community for the Chinese nation into the overall program of talent discovery and training in Minzu colleges and universities;2) design carefully objectives,contents,and methods of teaching,3) build a teaching module of an ideological and political curriculum that integrates general education courses,basic courses in discipline,professional platforms,and practice platforms,4) form a teaching system of ideological and political curricula that consists of public basic courses,professional education courses,and practical courses;and 5) form an all-round educational pattern in which ideological and political curricula forge a sense of community for the Chinese nation.
