摘要
开放大学作为新型高校具有教育方式灵活便捷、教育资源联通共享等特征,其发展广受社会关注。教育信息媒介正在改变开放大学的办学理念与模式,在这一背景下,开放大学应适当借鉴国外知名院校的先进办学经验突破发展瓶颈,实现自身向新型高校的转型。当前,我国开放大学的建设与发展面临着诸多现实问题,这些问题阻碍着开放大学教育体系完善。文章从教育理念、教育方式、师资队伍、运行机制的角度出发,简述开放型大学作为新型高校的内涵。结合日本、韩国、英国开放大学的办学经验阐述中外开放大学在教育理念、师资队伍等方面的差异,探究我国开放大学在办学中的不足之处,并从三个层面切入,提出提升我国开放大学办学质量的策略,为促进我国开放大学的发展提供创新思路。
As a new type of University,open university has the characteristics of flexible and convenient education mode and sharing of educational resources.Educational information media is changing the idea and mode of running an open university.Under this background,open university should learn from the advanced experience of foreign famous universities,break through the bottleneck of development,and realize its transformation to a new type of University.At present,the construction and development of China's open universities are facing many practical problems,which hinder the improvement of the open university education system.From the perspective of educational philosophy,educational methods,teaching staff and operation mechanism,this paper briefly describes the connotation of Open University as a new type of University.Combined with the experience of open universities in Japan,South Korea and Britain,this paper expounds the differences between Chinese and foreign open universities in terms of educational philosophy and teaching staff,explores the shortcomings of open universities in China,and puts forward strategies to improve the quality of open universities in China from three aspects,so as to provide innovative ideas for promoting the development of open universities in China.
