对分课堂在研究生思想政治理论课教学中的有效性机制构建

摘要 思想政治理论课是对研究生系统进行思想政治教育的主渠道。将对分课堂引入研究生思想政治理论课教学中是提升课堂教学实效性的重要举措,也是构建理念科学、形式多样、管理有效的研究生教育教学体系的必然要求。文章基于对西安石油大学研究生思想政治理论课教学实效性的调研,从教学模式的构建、教学内容的优化、多元化评价体系的确立三个方面提出了对分课堂在研究生思想政治理论课教学中的有效机制,对于增强研究生学习思政课的积极性和主动性,满足研究生多层次的学习需求及科研素养的培育和课程成绩评定精准度的提高均具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。 The course of ideological and political theory is the indispensable part of ideological and political education for graduate students.It is not only an important measure to improve the actual effect of class teaching,but also an inevitable requirement to construct a scientific,diversified and effective teaching system of graduate education.Based on the survey of the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses for the graduate students of the Xi'an Shiyou University,this paper puts forward the effective mechanism constuction of the Split Class in the teaching process of ideological and political theory course for postgraduates,from the following perspectives of construction of teaching mode,the optimization of teaching content and the establishment of diversified evaluation system.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of the postgraduates in the study of ideological and political course,to meet their multi-level learning needs,to cultivate their scientific research literacy and to improve the accuracy of the course assessment.
