摘要
以陕西工商职业学院校企共建的生产性实训基地为例,基于企业真实项目背景下的校企“双元”协同育人模式进行了探索与研究,在校企协同育人机制建设、生产性实训基地建设与运行、企业真实项目引进与交付、校企互聘共用的教学团队、职业适应性等方面进行了探索与实践,实现校企“双元”协同育人。
Take Shaanxi Business College productive training base jointly built by college and enterprise,based on the"dual"collaborative education mode under the background of real projects,this paper explored and studied construction of school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,construction and operation of productive practical training base,introduction and delivery of enterprise real project,the shared school-enterprise mutual employment teaching teams and professional adaptability to realize the school-enterprise"dual"collaborative education.
