摘要
核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)的激活在细胞焦亡(Pyroptosis)中发挥着重要作用,而焦亡作为新型程序性细胞死亡方式,参与了诸多中枢神经系统(CNS)疾病的免疫应答,并对CNS疾病起重要调节作用,是现今的研究热点与难点。同时,干预NLRP3炎症小体的激活与中枢神经细胞焦亡可以作为减缓CNS疾病的有效手段。其中,针刺干预又发挥着对CNS疾病神经修复的重要作用。因此本研究综述了NLRP3炎症小体介导细胞焦亡的研究进展和针刺干预该过程的研究新方向。
The activation of NLRP3 plays an important role in pyroptosis,which is a new type of programmed cell death,participates in immune response of many central nervous system(CNS)diseases,and has a significant regulating effect on CNS diseases.At the same time,intervention in the activation of NLRP3 inflammasomes and central nerve cell pyrolysis can be an effective means to alleviate CNS diseases.Among them,acupuncture intervention plays an important role in nerve repair of CNS diseases.Therefore,this study reviewed the research progress of NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated cell pyrolysis and the new research directions of acupuncture intervention in this process.
