摘要 为了分析断路器电磁操动机构推杆的疲劳寿命特性,针对某型真空断路器电磁操动机构,建立刚柔混合动力学模型;考虑冲击、接触、柔性等因素,利用ADAMS软件,对推杆在分、合闸过程中的受力情况进行仿真研究,并获得其载荷谱。根据推杆的载荷谱,利用Ansys Workbench软件与nCode软件联合仿真,获得其应力分布以及疲劳寿命等情况。分析方法和结果可为断路器电磁操动机构的研究和优化设计提供理论指导和参考依据。 In order to analyze the fatigue life characteristics of the push rod of the circuit breaker electromagnetic operating mechanism,a rigid flexible hybrid dynamic model is established for the electromagnetic operating mechanism of a vacuum circuit breaker.Considering the factors such as the impact,contact and flexibility,using ADAMS software,the stress of the push rod in the process of opening and closing is simulated,and its load spectrum is obtained.According to the load spectrum of the push rod,the joint simulation of Ansys Workbench software and nCode software is used to obtain the stress distribution and fatigue life of the push rod.The analysis methods and results can provide theoretical guidance and reference for the research and optimal design of circuit breaker electromagnetic operating mechanism.
