摘要
针对决策信息为单值中智集的多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于单值中智集的改进VIKOR的评价方法。用语言变量确定决策专家的权重,构建了聚合中智决策矩阵,用最小化方案与正理想解距离确定属性的权重,并给出了“相对距离”的概念,改进了VIKOR法。在此基础上,把改进的VIKOR法拓展到单值中智集环境下,对各个备选方案进行排序和择优,以低碳供应商选择问题为算例验证了所提决策方法的有效性和合理性。
Aiming at the multi-attribute decision-making problem in which the decision information is single-valued neutrosophic sets(SVNSs),an improved VIKOR evaluation method based on SVNSs is proposed.The weights of decision-making experts are determined by linguistic variables,and the aggregation intelligence decision matrix is constructed.The weight of attributes is determined by the distance between the minimization scheme and the positive ideal solution,and the concept of relative distance is given,an improved VIKOR method(relative VIKOR method)is proposed.On this basis,the improved VIKOR method is extended to the SVNSs environment to sort and select the best alternatives.The effectiveness and rationality of the proposed decision-making method are verified by taking the low-carbon supplier selection problem as an example.
