摘要 为了利用微电网提高配电网在严重故障场景下对关键负载的供电弹性,提出针对微电网接入位置和容量的优化技术。提出以微电网最优连接节点及其最小输出容量为目标;基于电网拓扑约束、线路潮流约束、开关操作的时间约束、微电网容量约束采用线性化技术将该问题建模为一个多目标、混合整数线性规划函数;阐述了微电网优化的具体步骤。在IEEE37节点系统上的仿真结果证明了该优化方法的有效性和计算效率。 In order to use the microgrid to improve the power supply resilience to key loads in the distribution network under severe failure scenarios, an optimization technology for the location and capacity of the microgrid is proposed. A problem with the optimal connection node of the microgrid and its minimum output capacity as the goal is proposed, and based on the grid topology constraints, line flow constraints, switching operation time constraints, and microgrid capacity constraints, the problem is modeled by linearization technique by using multi-objective, mixed-integer linear programming function. The specific steps of microgrid optimization are elaborated. The simulation results on the IEEE37-node system prove the effectiveness and computational efficiency of the optimization method.
