摘要 基于小程序和云开发设计了一款能够实现学校网络、一卡通、门禁等多种设备故障报修的网络报修系统。基于师生与管理人员的需求对系统整体的架构、数据库和功能模块进行设计规划;根据概要设计进行详细设计:以云开发提供的云存储、云函数、数据库作为后台服务器,利用小程序开发工具进行页面设计并实现数据和事件传输系统功能从而完成整个系统的设计。通过系统设计与编码实现了设备报修申请、报修派单、报修历史查看、系统管理、消息通知维修进度等功能。该系统满足用户需求,实现了预期功能,并且节省用户手机空间,提高了高校师生生活效率。 Based on the mini-program and cloud development, a network repair system is designedto realize the repair of school network, all-in-one card, access control and other equipment failure. Based on the needs of teachers, students and administrators, the overall architecture, database and functional modules of the system are designed and planned, the detailed design is carried out according to the outline design: cloud storage, cloud functions and database provided by cloud development are used as the background server, and themini program development toolis usedfor page design and data and event transmission system functions, so as to complete the design of the whole system. Through the system design and coding, the following functionsare realized: equipment repair application, repair information dispatch, repair history view, system management, message notification of maintenance progress, etc. The system meets the needs of users, realizes the expected functions, saves the space of users’ mobile phones, and improves the life efficiency of college teachers and students.
