摘要 无线传感器网络、模糊控制算法和随机森林算法在物联网中可以较好地实现风险动态的监测预警。因此,设计一种基于物联网的动态监测预警方法。通过无线传感器网络采集所需要的数据信息,获得数据来源;利用智能网关实现所获取数据的上传,利用模糊控制算法优化随机森林算法,建立模糊随机森林模型,计算风险的等级;通过燃气泄漏实例验证本研究提出的动态监测预警方法的可行性。实验表明,该方法可以实现数据的在线监测与获取,并且模型的预测准确率和其他模型相比也较高,具有一定的实际应用性。 The wireless sensor networks, fuzzy control algorithms and random forest algorithms can better realize dynamic risk monitoring and early warning in the Internet of Things. Therefore, this research designs a dynamic monitoring and early warning method based on the Internet of Things. We collect the required data information through the wireless sensor network to obtain the data source. We use the intelligent gateway to upload the acquired data, use the fuzzy control algorithm to optimize the random forest algorithm, establish the fuzzy random forest model, and calculate the level of risk. The feasibility of the dynamic monitoring and early warning method proposed in this study is verified through an example of gas leakage. The experiment shows that this method can realize online monitoring and acquisition of data, and the prediction accuracy of the model is also higher than other models, and it has a certain degree of reality.
