新时代高校教师党支部书记队伍建设研究--以广东某高校为例

Strategies in the New Era to Strengthen Workforce of the Secretary of CPC Branch of University Teachers--A Case Study of a University in Guangdong

高校教师党支部是党组织团结和联系广大教师的桥梁纽带,党支部书记又是教师党支部功能有效发挥的关键。目前,高校教师党支部书记队伍建设中还存在对教师党支部重要性认识不到位、对岗位认同度不高、党务与业务未能相融相促等问题。要加强新时代高校教师党支部书记队伍建设,必须要提高政治站位,做好顶层设计;加强业务培训,落实保障政策等。

The CPC branch of university teachers is an important bridge linking the party organization and the teachers.The secretaries of CPC branch of university teachers are the keys to fully boost the functions in branches.At present,it still exists some problems in strengthening workforce of the secretary of CPC branch of university teachers,such as insufficient understanding of the significance of CPC branch,not fully recognition of the position of secretary,inadequate cooperation and promotion combining the party development and university progress.In order to strengthen workforce of the secretary of CPC branch of university teachers in the new era,it is important to improve political stance,do a good job of top-level design,strengthen professional training and safeguard policy realization,etc.
