摘要
“共情”与“共情能力”是两个既密切相关又有区别的概念,共情具有可习得性,共情能力的强化应该包括认知能力、情感能力和表达能力。高校政治辅导员工作的对象和工作(教育)目的的特点对辅导员实施共情管理模式所采用的工作方法和工作原则选择产生直接的影响。运用共情能力开展思想政治工作和学生管理工作,必须将管理工作与中国传统文化相结合,与中国国情和新时代特点相结合,了解学生的知识结构、心理素质与心理成熟程度可能差异性,遵循培育仁爱之心、拥有宽容之心、严格学习要求、注意持续改进共情管理的方式方法等一般原则。
“Empathy” and “empathy ability”are two closely related but different concepts. Empathy is learnable, while the enhancement of empathy ability should include the improvement of cognitive ability,affective ability and expression ability. The characteristics of the object of work and the purpose of education of the political counselors in colleges and universities have a direct impact on the selection of working methods and principles adopted by the counselors to the implement the empathy management mode. To use empathy ability to carry out ideological and political work and student management,it is necessary to combine the management work with Chinese traditional culture,with China’s national conditions and the characteristics of the new era,and understand the possible differences in students’ knowledge structure,psychological quality and psychological maturity. It follows the general principles of cultivating benevolence,tolerance,strict learning requirements,and continuous improvement of ways and methods of empathy management.
