高职院校学生法治思维及其培育:现状与思考

Higher Vocational College Students’ Legal Thinking and Its Cultivation:Present Situation and Thinking

高职院校学生是建设制造强国的后备军,是法治中国的重要力量,他们的法治思维状况,直接关系到制造强国战略目标的实现和法治中国的建设前景。根据问卷调查,对高职院校学生法治思维培育的现状与存在的问题进行分析,并提出高职院校法治思维培育的改进措施。

The students of higher vocational colleges are the reserve army of the construction of manufacturing power and the important force of the strategy of rule by law in China. Their thinking of rule by law is directly related to the realization of the strategic goal of manufacturing power and the prospect of the construction of rule by law in China. Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of higher vocational college students’ legal thinking and its cultivation mode,and puts forward the improvement measures of higher vocational college students’ legal thinking cultivation mode.
