摘要
某石化公司连续重整装置所使用的氢气脱氯剂在卸剂时发现其出现严重的板结现象。文中通过氯容分析、SEM、XRD、BET等分析方法对比表征新鲜与旧脱氯剂,研究表明:脱氯剂板结失效原因是钙系脱氯剂的表面泥化使得脱氯剂板结并且阻碍HCl进入脱氯剂内部,使其不能发挥全部持氯能力。
The hydrogen antichlor used in the continuous catalytic reforming unit of a petrochemical company was found to have serious hardening phenomenon during the discharge of the agent. In this paper, chlorine capacity analysis, SEM, XRD, BET and other analysis methods were used to compare the characterization of fresh and old antichlors. The study showed that the reason for the hardening failure of antichlor was that the surface argillization of calcium antichlor made antichlor harden and prevented HCl from entering the inside of antichlor, so that it could not give full play to its chlorine holding capacity.
