摘要
空气预热器广泛用于炼化企业中,它的主要作用是将加热炉燃烧排放的高温烟气热量用来加热燃烧所用的空气,通过空气预热器设备实现气气热量交换,达到降低排烟热损失,提高整个加热炉热效率目的。文中就某炼化公司加氢装置空气预热器更换的配套设计中所遇到的预热器基础与电缆槽盒相碰、预热器混凝土支柱的设置、以及热烟道支撑的设置等实际问题,从设计的角度分析并进行深入研究,提出了可行的解决措施,彻底解决了如上问题。
Air preheater is widely used in refining and chemical enterprises, which main function is to use the high temperature flue gas heat discharged from the heating furnace to heat the air for combustion, achieve gas heat exchange by air preheater, reduce the exhaust heat loss and improve the thermal efficiency of the whole heating furnace. Based on the practical problems encountered in the design of air preheater replacement for hydrogenation unit in a refining and chemical company, such as the collision between the preheater foundation and cable groove box, the setting of concrete pillar of the preheater and the setting of hot flue support, this paper analyzed from the perspective of design and put forward feasible solutions, which completely solved the above problems.
