摘要
氯化聚乙烯(CPE)是由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与氯气发生化学取代反应制得的1种高分子氯化物,根据用途分为3个类型:A型氯化聚乙烯主要用做增韧剂改性硬制PVC;B型氯化聚乙烯也被称为橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CM),是1种新型、环保的特种橡胶,同时具有更好的耐寒、耐老化、耐臭氧、耐油、阻燃性等特性,广泛用于胶管、电线电缆、输送带等制品制造。C型料主要用于ABS改性。橡胶型氯化聚乙烯对粒子形态要求较高,要求粒径小且粒径分布要窄,同时分子量及分子量分布要适中。因此专用基础粉料生产难度极大,导致市场上满足要求的专用料牌号较少,产量远不能满足国内市场的高端需求。
Chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) is a kind of polymer chloride prepared by reaction between high density polyethylene(HDPE) and chlorine, which can be devided into three types according to the application. Type A chlorinated polyethylene is mainly used as toughener modified PVC. Type B chlorinated polyethylene, also known as rubber type chlorinated polyethylene(CM), a new environment-friendly special rubber, with characteristics of better cold resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance,flame retardant, widely used in hose, wire and cable, conveyor belt and other products manufacturing. Type C material is mainly used for ABS modification. Rubber chlorinated polyethylene has higher requirements for particle morphology, small particle size and narrow particle size distribution, and moderate molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. Therefore, the production of special base powder is very difficult, resulting in fewer special materials to meet the market demand, and the output unsatisfying the high-end demand of the domestic market.
