摘要 为研究不同因素对不锈钢航空发动机叶片外物损伤的影响规律,以模拟叶片为研究对象,通过空气炮法,开展不同工况下外物损伤试验。结果表明:缺口尺寸与冲击能量呈现正相关的关系;冲击角度和冲击速度对损伤类型的影响较大。冲击角度越大、冲击速度越小,鼓包型损伤增多;冲击角度越大、冲击速度越大,撕裂型损伤增多。 To study the influence of different factors on the foreign object damage of stainless steel blades of aircraft engine,the foreign object damage tests of simulated blades under different working conditions were carried out by gas gun method.The results show that notch size is positively correlated with impact energy,and impact angle and impact velocity have great influence over the damage types.The larger the impact angle and the smaller the impact velocity are,the more the bulge type damage has,while the larger the impact angle and the larger the impact velocity are,the more the tear type damage has.
